- 4 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 Fuji apple,
- 1 wedge cantaloupe
- 1 small beet
- 1 pinch cayenne
Juice the carrots.
Juice the celery, apple, and beet.
Juice the cantaloupe wedge.
Pour liquid through a strainer and into a glass.
Add a dash of cayenne powder to drink and stir well.
This recipe was made with organic produce.
Fresh garden vegetables are recommended if available.
Peel cantaloupe before juicing.
Wash all produce before juicing.
We use a medium screen on a twin gear juicer and filter through an additional screen for pure juice.
Left over vegetable fiber may be composted or fed to a local chicken farm for recycling.
Green Juice to assist with proper heart function
- 3 stalks celery
- 7 leaves romaine lettuce
- 1/8 cup diced fennel
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
Juice celery, romaine lettuce, fennel and bell pepper.
Add coconut water to juice.
We used a twin gear juicer and strained the juice twice to remove any vegetable pulp.
The produce used should be garden fresh or organic produce from the store.
If you do not have a juicer diced all produce and add coconut water and blend, then pour pulp in nut milk bag and strain to remove all fiber pulp.
We used coco good milk for this beverage.
