Fruit Yogurt Parfait
It is always a refresher to enjoy food from the vine and make raspberry yogurt with fresh fruit. If you have fresh from the vine berries  your vitamin C content will be at the highest content.

Plain yogurt is the first choice  for high probiotic factors. Stir in frozen fruit until the color changes from white to pink. As the color changes the yogurt becomes thicker and chilled. We top with granola and a sprig of fresh mint.

This is made without sugar the fruit sweetens the parfait perfectly yet if you choose, add a sprinkle of your favorite enhancer. Little steps towards a happy lifestyle will set examples for generations to come.
